• Jorge Cano Rico.

Notary since November 2, 1981, he was the owner of the towns of Ayamonte, Badajoz, Tarragona, Sueca and Barcelona. Since May 9, 2001, he has been a notary of Valencia.

• Francisco Cantos Viñals.

Notary since November 30, 1984, he was the owner of the squares of Moral de Calatrava, Carcaixent and Alzira. Since March 2, 2015, he has been a notary of Valencia.

• José Carmelo Llopis Benlloch.

Notario desde el 17 de julio de 2008, fue titular de las plazas de La Unión, Ayora y Viver. Desde el 26 de diciembre de 2025, es notario de Valencia.

Among others, he has been Delegate of the International Section in the field of the New Technologies Working Groups, both in the Council of Notaries of the European Union (CNUE) (since 2015) and in the International Union of Notaries (UINL) (since 2020).

Currently and since 2024, he is Dean of the Notarial College of Valencia, CEO of the Technological Center of Notaries, member of the Permanent Commission and Delegate for Europe of the General Council of Notaries, and Spanish Councilor in the International Union of Notaries (UINL).
