Notarial Statistical Portal

The Notarial Statistical Portal is a free platform created by the General Council of Notaries and developed by the Technological Center of Notaries, which allows you to consult the real prices of home sales formalized before a notary throughout Spain.

The information comes directly from public deeds, so it reflects the real price at which the operations have been carried out and not the offer prices. The data, obtained from the Single Computerized Notarial Index, is constantly updated and constitutes one of the most complete and reliable sources on the Spanish real estate market.

On the portal you can consult, among other information:

Average price per square meter.
Average sales price.
Number of sales.
Historical price evolution.
Information by province, municipality, district, postal code and even by specific areas of the interactive map.
