El edificio
The notary's office is located in the Green Building, which was originally conceived for offices in 1978 and completely rehabilitated in 2016 through an architectural intervention that completely renewed its façade, its facilities and its common spaces, incorporating the highest standards of energy efficiency, sustainability and comfort for users. This action allowed us to obtain an international certification for sustainable construction and turn the building into a benchmark for the renewal of the city's office park.
The Green Building is integrated into Pintor Sorolla Street, one of the most representative streets in the center of Valencia, where some of the main expressions of the city's institutional, financial and business architecture coexist. In just a few meters, buildings follow one another that reflect different stages of its urban evolution: the historic Banco de Valencia building, designed by Javier Goerlich and today the corporate headquarters of CaixaBank; the Palace of the Marqués de Huarte, one of the best examples of Valencian baroque palace architecture of the 18th century; the emblematic headquarters of BBVA, a reference for corporate architecture in the second half of the 20th century; and, finally, the Green Building itself. This architectural complex has consolidated Pintor Sorolla Street as one of the main financial, legal and business enclaves of Valencia, where tradition and innovation coexist in the same urban environment.

We have five signing rooms, which allows different awards to be held simultaneously with due confidentiality, reducing waiting times and offering agile and personalized attention. The spaces have been designed to provide comfort to both the grantors and their companions, in a professional environment equipped with the technological means necessary for the development of the notarial function.

Our commitment is to offer a service that is close, inclusive and adapted to the needs of all citizens.
Horario
The notary provides service from Monday to Friday, in the mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and in the afternoons from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., in order to offer maximum availability and facilitate service to individuals, companies and professionals.
In summer time, to facilitate conciliation, the schedule is uninterrupted from Monday to Friday, in the mornings from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
For better organization of the service and reducing waiting times, we recommend requesting an appointment, without prejudice to attending to queries and procedures that can be resolved immediately.
